1。Pearson 各种环形封闭式电流测试探头 该型产品可测量低于毫安级别的粒子束电流。监视由于供电故障所导致的上千安培的脉冲电流。可以用于监测上升沿短致2纳秒的瞬态电流脉冲;大孔径测试探头,使得您测试高压脉冲电流而不致将您的电流探头击穿成为可能。产品已密封可用于高压绝缘油或者真空内。输出信号可以连接到示波器、谱分析仪、功率分析仪、数字电压表、模数转换器、及其它种类的测量仪器。 所有型号准确度为+1/-0% 脉冲幅度,用一个高阻抗负载比如1MΩ与一个20 pF. 50 Ω终端并联可以将输出减小一半. * 表示产品为双屏蔽型,推荐用于高压或者噪音较大的场合。 |
2。Pearson 夹合式[开合式] 脉冲电流测试探头 产品准确度达到或好于±1%.采用高阻抗负载如1MΩ与一个20 pF.50Ω终端并联可将输出降半. 产品(带标注说明的型号外)采用BNC 接头50Ω同轴电缆输出。电流探头外表封装是导体不具备绝缘性。对于被测试的导体必须进行适当的绝缘。为防止触电不可对正在进行测量中的探头进行固定或者移动。 产品准确度为+1/-0% 脉冲幅度。 用一个高阻抗负载比如1MΩ与一个20 pF. 50Ω终端并联可以将输出减小一半. 下降沿:对于一个平顶的电流脉冲,输出电压将向零衰减。初始衰减波形似线性,其斜坡可作为下降沿。 可用上升沿:如果10~90%上升时间大于特指的可用上升时间,初始过载将会少于10%的脉冲幅值。
