。Pearson 夹合式[开合式] 脉冲电流测试探头 产品准确度达到或好于±1%.采用高阻抗负载如1MΩ与一个20 pF.50Ω终端并联可将输出降半. 产品(带标注说明的型号外)采用BNC 接头50Ω同轴电缆输出。电流探头外表封装是导体不具备绝缘性。对于被测试的导体必须进行适当的绝缘。为防止触电不可对正在进行测量中的探头进行固定或者移动。产品准确度为+1/-0% 脉冲幅度。 用一个高阻抗负载比如1MΩ与一个20 pF. 50Ω终端并联可以将输出减小一半. 下降沿:对于一个平顶的电流脉冲,输出电压将向零衰减。初始衰减波形似线性,其斜坡可作为下降沿。可用上升沿:如果10~90%上升时间大于特指的可用上升时间,初始过载将会少于10%的脉冲幅值。 |
